We are looking for a skilled Multi Trades People to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of decorating and property maintenance tasks such as minor carpentry, basic plumbing, high quality painting, and minor electrical work.
Responsibilities:
• Perform repair and maintenance work on properties
• Repair or replace broken hardware or fixtures
• Paint walls and ceilings, windows, etc
• Ensure all work is properly completed
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working order
Requirements:
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of painting and decorating to a very high standards, tiling, basic electrical, basic plumbing, minor carpentry and other related tasks
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with clients
